No one ever knows what Trump is going to do. That is how he likes things, keeping everyone off balance and reacting to him. And it is easy for him to keep people from knowing what he is going to do since he doesn't know, either. Furthermore, he will do whatever it occurs to him to do in a situation and then do anything else he decides to do if what he has done doesn't go as he likes. The truly incredible thing is that he has gotten away with doing this for so long.
