Within the law. It's supposed to be within the law, anyway. Uhm. You know, the D.A. has to bring a case and win
it or get them to plead out, and every case ties up court resources. Bringing back expedient public hanging
for egregious offenses would free up many of those resources. May even would find we have more than we need.

The Apps are pretty well concentrated today...there was a time New York State people were considered part of the tribe. Come'n from Philly...I have seen a lot of odd stuff here in Appalachia.

I was in the McMinn County jail here in Appalachian and I saw 3 blacks and one of them was a CO. I asked the CO who was moving me how was I suppose act ? I've been 2 other county jails and a city jail and they were loaded with blacks and it easy to pick out a trouble maker. He told me just be yourself...you will be alright.
