I'm currently eating prunes daily and drinking two to three full glasses of water and a lot of fiber vitamins and I'm still pooping anywhere from three to six times a day and not being able to empty myself fully. Does anybody have any suggestions of how to change my diet because this has been going on for weeks now. I see my doctor on November 18th for my annual checkup, but any suggestions before then would be highly appreciated.![]()

You should NOT be "pooping" 3 to 6 times a day.
Once or twice is all.
You should not be "able to empty yourself fully".
And exercise it the most important thing for your digestive system.
It can be running or something like situps.
You just have to get the muscles contracting and blood flowing.
What you eat is less important.
