I remember when I was 11 I had a week that I had to take multiple shits a day for weeks on end. I had cereal, ultra processed cheese, and a lot of other processed nonsense. I gotten better after eating a lot of meat and vegetables. I felt better after that. Collards and and beef helped the most.

I'm currently eating prunes daily and drinking two to three full glasses of water and a lot of fiber vitamins and I'm still pooping anywhere from three to six times a day and not being able to empty myself fully. Does anybody have any suggestions of how to change my diet because this has been going on for weeks now. I see my doctor on November 18th for my annual checkup, but any suggestions before then would be highly appreciated.

I would go to a med stop clinic and not wait for my Dr.... you could have diverticulitis... one thing I do know is when this happens you should stop eating any fiber... it only slows you down more... eat stuff like Mac and Cheese and really well cooked veggies... no prunes or cereal or anything with fiber until you get better...
