I was not a commercial pilot. I am thinking about going back for more current ratings and using my time flying around the USA.

I would say to Lake Tahoe. Second is at Columbia California.

JFK had more training than I have had. I think I recall reading he was working on his Instrument rating. I have been rated to fly 3 Piper aircraft and have some hours in the Mooney 201.

JFK had a safe way to make that trip but picked the wrong path which killed him and family member.

When I got my license, I also had my oldest daughter get about 12 hours with an instructor.
