When is FEMA and the federal government going to get the hell out of Texas and Florida. We, as a country, have done enough to help those states recover from their recent hurricanes. They need to step up to the plate and help themselves. We just can't afford to pour money and manpower into those states forever. Enough is enough! Bigly!

Nope, Puerto Rico pays no federal taxes yet is getting billions in aide, while Florida and Texas has paid federal taxes since they have been enacted. If PR wants to be helped then they need to start paying taxes like the rest of US...

Make them a State. Territories don’t pay taxes, and don’t get to influence politics. No voting member in the House or Senate. Their votes for President don’t matter.
