How will SNAP and WIC Users Health be Affected by the Cutoff?

Yes, of course.

Those parents view their kids as the breadwinners for all the benefits they bring in.

I knew a married couple that barely tolerated each other. She had a job and he was on disability.

Then his benefits ran out or he lost his eligibility. I met the guy when we moved into his same apartment building, and he helped me lug furniture out of our Uhaul, and into our new place.

He did not get a job right away and she dropped him like a hot rock. These welfare parents will want to drop the kids if they are not bringing home the bacon, literally.

I seriously worry for them.
True. Small children that no longer need formula bring in a full adult share of SNAP bennies. More food for the parent to stuff herself with.

What will children of SNAP recipients think? Right after a holiday in which they go ask strangers for free candy, their parents are cutoff from free groceries?

They will be on a sugar high from all the junk food and no eggs, milk, rice and beans.

But . . . that is the usual condition for many of them whose parents spend SNAP benefits on Little Debbie snacks, hot cheetoes and Hawaiian Punch.

I favor prepared meals for the poor wherever possible. That way good food in reasonable portions can be served hopefully improving the health of the poor and taking some of the load off the healthcare system.
Agreed.

If they are chronically on SNAP, unable or unwilling to work to take care of their children, they should be moved into group homes with a cafeteria style feeding system.

The freeloaders with have to get off their phones. They'll have to stop buying lotto, malt liquor, and menthols.

EBT should be eliminated altogether. If the churches were doing their job they'd step up to assist people truly in need, not to mention all of the private charities out there.
While I agree with the sentiment, the major problem is that states require those churches and private charities to provide services to people they don’t want to provide them to, so many of the church/religious groups have shut down.
