Democrats must stop claiming that any tax cuts are "tax cuts for the rich." They are tax cuts for taxpayers. But the Democrats have not yet succeeded in making us a majority dependency nation. They lost too any people of color that they took for granted.

If the economy is on a downturn, you can leverage that by promising to improve opportunities. Emphasize opportunities, not envy of other's succes, more generous welfare, tribalism, or "trans rights." Those things don't get you votes except from people who will vote Dem anyway.
