Winco, do what I did and study why the windows in the Capitol were all exchanged for bomb proof windows with the official reports stating 4 windows were not exchanged. Capitol cops escorted citizens who peacefully walked inside the Capitol.

At least 3 Capitol officers were at the doors and windows where a rogue cop murdered Ashil Babbitt. The were not alarmed and casually walked away. They saw no danger at all. They returned after Babbitt was murdered.
