How to save inner city schools.

Yes, it does. That is why it takes a court order to compel someone to give a DNA sample for paternity testing. You seriously need to do some research because you are dead wrong.
Just sue the man then he will have to take the test

Private schools have better scores than public schools even with the same demographic. Why no union screwing up education
How exactly do you imagine unions influence education?

They support democrats in local school boards and are the biggest contributor to democrats nationally. Teachers unions are driven by left wing ideology and insert that into their teaching.

Bullshit. Unions have never influenced what or how I taught in my classrooms. That is one of the biggest hoaxes in America. In my teaching career you would be hard pressed to ask any teacher who their union representative was, and get an answer!

So, they steal $$$ from teachers and give it to democrat politicians. They do NOT dictate what, how, or when content is taught in the classroom. If the mafia busts into a restaurant, steals money from the chef and gives it to someone else, that does NOT mean they have decided what or how that chef cooks.

They have everything to do with it thats why home schooling and private schools have better results. No union involved
The school board determines what is taught, not the union. Blaming unions is simply a lame excuse.

The unions finance the school bords elections and put democrats in power. Take unions out of the issue and results improve
Yes, data generally shows private schools often have better results than public schools, with higher test scores, graduation rates, and college enrollment/completion, attributed to factors like smaller classes, tailored curricula, and parental choice, but public schools offer greater diversity and accessibility, while some research suggests student background (family income/education) is a stronger predictor of success than school type alone.

Key Findings on Private School Advantages:
  • Higher Test Scores: Private school students often score higher on standardized tests like the NAEP (National Assessment of Educational Progress).
  • Better Graduation & College Rates: Private high school graduates have higher graduation rates and are significantly more likely to attend and complete four-year colleges.
  • Holistic & Rigorous Approach: Many private schools offer smaller class sizes, more individualized attention, rigorous curricula, and focus on the "whole child" (social/emotional growth).
  • Parental Satisfaction: Parents with children in private schools often report higher satisfaction levels.

None of that has anything to do with unions.

Nope. The school board adopts the state standards. I served 4 terms on our school board here. Never got any $ from any union. Just applied to run. But i am pro union overall. Pro american worker and pro union.

Unions have been in decline for the past 40 years.

OK….so the Court Order determines the DNA sample is reasonable. Apparently, it doesn’t got against the 4th Amendment.

So the guy has to submit, and if he’s not the father, he’s home free. If he is, he has to cough up child support.

Stop trying to let irresponsible men off the hook, and put it all on the women. As you said, it takes two to tango.

If a young woman below the legal age gets pregnant, then does that constitute rape? And a lot of times both the male and female are below the age of 18. We never hear of anyone going to prison.
