How to save inner city schools.

No, just because YOU claim it is unconstitutional doesn’t mean it is.

There is nothing unconstitutional about requiring the man I’ve slept with to establish his paternity and file for child support.

The way YOU want it, every man could refuse a paternity test and no man would ever have to pay child support. It would all be foisted on responsible taxpayers who not only support their own kids, but now the kids of every irresponsible man and woman.

And the large fonts, screaming at me, because I won’t submit to your opinion is straight out of the playbook of one of the board’s prominent racist leftists.

You sound more and more like a Democrat every day.

(Especially with the fascist! Fascist! insult you added in,)
You really do yourself a disservice when you overreact. I am trying to bring you back to reality, but you want to live in a fantasy world. People who advocate for illegal acts and unconstitutional laws are simply fascists who want to expand the role of government in our lives. Women need to take some measure of responsibility. It takes two to tango.

I am overreacting? You called me a fascist and a said I was stupid for wanting to require a man I slept with (if I got pregnant) to prove he is the father and I can sue for child support.

You are twisting yourself into a pretzel to allow all men to have NO role in supporting their children. Just because your daughter’s ex has gotten away with it doesn’t mean we should just let ALL men get away with it.

I NEVER slept with more than one man in a single month, so if I became pregnant, I would know it was him. He could say that o might have slept with others and so he might not be the father, and thus….he is shirking his financial obligations. You’re OK with that, when a simple DNA test proves he’s the father and owes child support?

For about the third time, I never advocated them getting away with it, but I also do not advocate the illegal actions you want to do!

That's what you claim. What evidence do you have that that person is the father? Theoretically, you could have slept with 10 guys, but this guy is the only one with a job! What's your proof?

A bunch of whites commenting on things they hve not lived cannot figure out the solutions to things they do not know. You ask how to save inner city schools. The answer:

STOP LISTENING TO THE OPINIONS OF WHITE SUBURBANITES OR RURAL IDIOTS ABOUT INNER CITY SCHOOLS.

Or big mouth racist douche bags like you who never get off their ass and actually do anything about everything you constantly ***** about. ******* hypocrite.

And I am trying to bring YOU to reality. The 4th Amendment against unreasonable search and seizure does not apply here. It is VERY reasonable for a woman who is pregnant to require the man she slept with to take a DNA test.

And yes….it takes two to tango. You want the men excused COMOLETELY from any responsibility toward the child they was 50% responsible for in creating.

The only reason a guy would refuse a DNA test is because he fears it would prove him the father, and he’d owe child support.

According to YOU, he could claim that I slept with 10 other man, and he therefore is probably not the father, and thus gets to escape responsibility. Where’s the proof of the others?

You really hate women. You want to believe the man’s lie - without any proof - that she slept with other men, but you don’t want to believe the woman that she slept with only him.

And what if she slept with TWO? Each gets to say “maybe the other guy is the father” - and thus, neither has to take a DNA test, and both get off Scott-free?

You just don't believe people have rights not to be unreasonably searched. That's fascist, whether you believe it or not.

BTW, it's scot-free.

Yes, it does. That is why it takes a court order to compel someone to give a DNA sample for paternity testing. You seriously need to do some research because you are dead wrong.

Private schools have better scores than public schools even with the same demographic. Why no union screwing up education
Yes, data generally shows private schools often have better results than public schools, with higher test scores, graduation rates, and college enrollment/completion, attributed to factors like smaller classes, tailored curricula, and parental choice, but public schools offer greater diversity and accessibility, while some research suggests student background (family income/education) is a stronger predictor of success than school type alone.

Key Findings on Private School Advantages:
  • Higher Test Scores: Private school students often score higher on standardized tests like the NAEP (National Assessment of Educational Progress).
  • Better Graduation & College Rates: Private high school graduates have higher graduation rates and are significantly more likely to attend and complete four-year colleges.
  • Holistic & Rigorous Approach: Many private schools offer smaller class sizes, more individualized attention, rigorous curricula, and focus on the "whole child" (social/emotional growth).
  • Parental Satisfaction: Parents with children in private schools often report higher satisfaction levels.
