They can’t force DNA samples WITHOUT A WARRANT and in the shows they lack probable cause for a warrant. After all, it wouldn’t be much of a show if they solved the crime in the first five minutes. Eyewitness, or should I say vaginal witness would be sufficient probable cause for a warrant.
