No, it would be suspected fraud. The mother’s statement. would be grounds for a warrant, it’s not like collecting DNA is an expensive or intrusive procedure. Fifty bucks for a test is a lot cheaper than several hundred thousand bucks to raise a child.

No, it would be suspected fraud. The mother’s statement. would be grounds for a warrant, it’s not like collecting DNA is an expensive or intrusive procedure. Fifty bucks for a test is a lot cheaper than several hundred thousand bucks to raise a child.

The mother's statement is insufficient. She would need other evidence. 4th Amendment and all of that good stuff.

The cost is not 50 bucks. It is between $300 and $800.

The problem is that most single mothers - many with 4 and 5 children with different fathers - don’t even BOTHER to try to make him pay. The welfare benefits are so generous that they say it’s easier to not make demands on the fathers and just make the government (translation: other people) support the kids.

What about option #3? Sue the daddies for support.

I don't think you understand the Logistics of how vouchers and school choice (as you see it) works.

We have school choice right now......move to the district you choose, or PAY your own way to the Private School you choose.

WHY do you thinks it's FAIR that someone that doesn't pay Property Taxes gets the benefit of using a Voucher?

At the very least, cut the food stamp allotment so that the irresponsible mothers who KNOW who the fathers are file for child support.

The allotment is so high that some of these mothers have LEFT OVER on the EBT card and just buy steak and whatnot to put in the freezer so as not to let “their leftover money” expire.
