I think sterilization should be a requirement for receiving welfare checks, both for the mothers, and for their illegitimate children. Most people on welfare are unemployable. Unfortunately, they are prolific. I do not want them spreading their bad genes.

That's evidence. Can any woman pick a random man and claim that you and she had sex, and he is the father of your child? Yes! Very easily. It's she said, he said if he denies it. You have no facts and no evidence, only an accusation. Maybe you should take a law course.

I am not enabling deadbeat Dads. I am trying to explain to you that it is not as easy as you claim it to be. What you propose is that which you would find in authoritarian societies. Why not just go back to the old shotgun weddings? Just force people to submit to DNA tests at gunpoint.
