the one thing about banks that they didn't mention is the availablility of services online. My bank offers nearly all their services they offer via phone or in person, online. It is just that most people are too afraid of technology, when in fact it is very easy to use.

I haven't set foot inside the actual branch since January. Since then, I have opened 2 new accounts and ordered checks and other services online. Occasionally I will talk to a banker via phone.
