How many pills do you take a day ???

I'm down to one pill daily, I was on other meds before and made the effort to get off of them and I am off them. Any future meds will be considered only after I have researched diet, exercise, fasting, etc. as alternative treatments,

My only med now is Trazadone, for sleep. Non addictive.

After I ran out of this medication over a holiday weekend and the pharmacy was closed I woke up with anxiety for 4 straight mornings. So I got it refilled and haven't had an issue. I talked to my doctor about this and she said in higher dosages it is used for mental health, and in the lower dosage, it is used for sleep.

So it does appear this med has a dual use for me, and I feel like I won't ever try and get off of this one. I ran out while traveling and had no problem getting this at a pharmacy.

"Pharma dope?"

talking about over the counter pain killers lots of people take daily -- like aspirin and ibuprof, and ....
There is little difference when the pros and contras of any drug remains dubious to the user

Take the frequent flyer who was prescribed 42 by multiple doc's , who had minimal interaction between them

Most were 'go betweeners' , or simply chemicals that allowed different meds to interact , or not interact

She eventually died of these medications, which they of course listed as natural causes

6 vitamins and nutrition supplements... that's it.

I am up to 8 now

Buspar - 2 mega pills

Valazadone - 2 pills a day . Blue in am and red pm . Costs a whooping $120 per month

Cialas - for healthy Jewish errection . 1-2 pills a day about 3 times per week

Advil - 2-3 pills for low back pain
If you lay off the Cialis you wouldn't have lower back pain and no Advil.

Just knee-jerk, automatically saying prescription pills are bad is foolish.

Many of the patients I’ve seen end up living in nursing homes wound up that way due to manageable chronic conditions they let get out of control.

And eating healthier and exercising more and vitamins sometimes just doesn’t cut it.

Making healthy lifestyle/diet choices to help manage chronic conditions like diabetes or hypertension or hyperlipidemia is always commendable.

And sometimes you really just need to take the blood thinner or the BP pill or the diabetes pill your doctor tried to prescribe you, because sometimes you really just need to be on the meds.
