Well, Biden would be protected as president--- you know, that horrible presidential immunity they were so horrified that Trump had. I'm not sure where Harris fits in as VP, I mean, to pardon her would be to claim she actually DID something while in office! And Mayorkas, I don't remember, I don't think he was pardoned.

Of course, there might be ways around some of these pardons: the pardons only free you from federal prosecution for non-violent crimes; Mayorkas was closer to the border than anyone, repeatedly obstinate and obdurate over the issue, it can be said that mass immigration violations flooding the country was both treasonous and violent.

I could see at least 1-2 people from Biden's cabinet having the book thrown at them, and maybe they might crack and spill the beans on others.
