Don't get me to lyin'. The news articles seem to indicate that the delegates are allotted in the caucus. Perhaps the primary is designed to do the state level candidates and they throw in the potus as a beauty contest.

from what I understand, the primary in NV is pretty useless because delegates will be assigned through the caucus later this week. So the meaningless primary would not really drive people out to vote because it has no consequence. Nikki isn't listed for the caucus (IIRC) and Trump wasn't on the primary ballot. So Haley supporters aren't motivated to come out at all on NV at this point.
