There is no definition of a woman, because there are multiple stages.
Having XX chromosomes is how it starts, but that just produces hormones, which can be over ridden.
Then the hormones are supposed to then create puberty later on, but lots of things can interfere with that ever happening in line with both chromosomes and hormones.
So which one are you going to go by?

Biological makes can be artificially made pregnant and give birth by caesarian.

And no, abortion does not kill anyone. When people delay keeping a fetus until they are more financially stable, that does not at all change the number of children they will end up with.
All they are doing is trading an early ovum with a later ovum.

A vagina is not an aspect of a woman, but just the result of a particular set of hormones, which can be at odds with their chromosomes. The proof of that is hermaphrodites, who have both penis and vagina.
