How a Massachusetts Case Could End The Texas Abortion Law

Wow it looks like the 5 judges on the Supreme Court that allowed the Texas abortion ban to go into effect not only violated the case law allowing abortion, it also violates a 40 year old case law that the court voted 8-1 saying that the state can't delegate governmental power to a private entity.

Which is what Texas has done with their abortion law.

So what Texas has done has already been ruled unconstitutional by the supreme court.

That Texas law is unconstitutional on so many grounds that it's crazy that the court allowed it to go into effect.

The flaw is in the actual error justices made at the time they opened hell's gates for the wanton killings of sixty million unborn American babies with a disproportionment actually lowering the percentage of African Americans, which smells like real racism against blacks by people most likely to commit race crimes.

70 million dead future Americans wait at St Peter's gate to tell you a different and far more truthful narrative to the ones your earthly partners have shoveled down your open craw. You have the unique opportunity to change your mind while life lasts. I hope you do before it's too late.

They tried to pass a Nazi law: I knew it wasn't legal. Those new ultra-conservative judges that allowed this atrocity of justice to stand should be kicked out of the Supreme Court for gross negligence of duty. They put their emotions in place when REASON should have ruled.

The Court hasn’t heard the case, to rule on its Constitutionality.

With that said, from what i know, it won’t be ruled unconstitutional on this bases. My understanding is the law gives others the right to sue…which is not a state power. Everyone has the right to file a lawsuit.
