Anything, any policy, pardon, or executive order he implemented while in offiice could be expunged if it's found that Jill's chief of staff controlled the autopen. I was glad things were done in 2021 regarding the Jan 6th attack on Capitol hill.

Over 1100 participants were found guilty of crimes for being part of the January 6th attack on Capitol Hill. "Every one of them needed to answer for this shit", but then the Justice and the law were thrown out the window when Trump decided to pardon them. Under Trump, Justice and Law mean nothing under Trump. Contrary to Jan 6th, innocent people are likely to be put in jail. We have already seen that happen under his presidency.

No it is not going to be erased as the country had leadership from Biden's cabinet. Whether it was him making the decisions throughout his presidency or not, the country did well. Inflation (which affected the entire world) came down more than any other G7 countries, the economy flourished, unemployment remained low, health care remained well established and even illegal immigration got down to Trump levels in 2024.

As such, his mental capacity did not affect this nation in any great degree.
