They are illegal, stupid. So, you want legal votes thrown out. The voters did nothing wrong when casting their ballots.
And you want them thrown out.

They are illegal, Simp. So, you want to throw out legal votes.
Link to this plan? That was plan B (or C or D depending on how you look at it) and occurred after the state legislators refused to replace the validly chosen electors as he wanted.
Because they were attempting to cheat, or at least muddy the waters.
"Trump's people" don't get to file contingent electors, the electors are submitted not by the party but by the Executive Authority of the State.
BTW - if you attempt to go back to Hawaii in 1960. The contingent electors were submitted under court order and by the Executive Authority of the state. Not the party.

legally. still haven't shown the law broken. post it.

Betcha can’t, Moroner.
That doesn’t say trump violated any lawsParties don't submit Electoral Votes certificatiaon, they must be submitted under Executive Authority of the State government.

Trump’s fraud didn’t succeed. That doesn’t make it legal. If this then that or maybe not isn’t even reality much less fraud and it’s just another feeling you fools cling to
And if He won, He'd need contingent electors who had already cast their votes or the other candidate wins.So he challenged in court, and lost.
I didn't say they did. They legally cast their contingent votes by the Dec 14th deadline...........Parties don't submit Electoral Votes certificatiaon, they must be submitted under Executive Authority of the State government.
They all cast their votes by the legal deadline......so why would you do something legally if you were intent on breaking the law? That was plan B (or C or D depending on how you look at it) and occurred after the state legislators refused to replace the validly chosen electors as he wanted.

There was nothing legal about pretending to be a validly chosen elector. And if He won, He'd need contingent electors who had already cast their votes or the other candidate wins.

It didn’t say that in what you highlighted, the link didn’t workI didn't say "he" did.
I said that parties attempting to submit contingent electors were, the law showing that was just posted.

The fraud is what makes it illegal.Doesn’t make it illegal

Post the link to the lawWhere they broke the law was submitting them to the National Archivist and Congress as real and true electoral votes, which they weren't. The party can get anyone they want together and cast what ever "votes" they want. That isn't illegal.
Sending them to the Federal Government (National Archivest and Congress) as the valid EC votes of the states IS illegal as only the Executive Authority of the State can certify EC votes.

What you highlighted didn’t say he broke a law. Can you highlight the section? It wasn't a link, it was a screen shot of the United States Code.
Here is the link if you think I made it up in photoshop or something.

We know you hate the man, but even through your hatred, do you really think the man is stupid enough to explicitly tell someone to a commit a serious felony on an open phone with 40 people listening? Really? Has your hatred truly blinded you that much?As far as I can tell, he was asking Raffensperger to take away valid votes
Post the link to the law
