You realize that vote only brings it out of committee by 218 votes then goes for a floor vote and if it passes that, it goes and gets voted on in the Senate where it may be an iffy proposition at best.

This is all after mid October to bring it to the floor.

Imagine, having to force Trump to do something he said he'd do.

At this point, I'm sure he, the DoJ and Mike Johnson will fight this tooth & nail. And what ever information they have to give up, won't be credible. Even if it is 100% what we've been wanting, there'll still be a lot of doubt about who/what they didn't release. What they doctored or destroyed.

The biggest issue if they are kept on servers (scans, emails....) they are consistently backed and each backup has a copy...

You would have to find all those back ups and erase them from each back up in a hyper consistent way... This has to be done by people who are good enough to do it and corrupt enough to not tell anyone...
