I understood what you wrote. I 100% don't see how it would shield him from testifying and I think it's questionable whether he would have immunity for illegal acts which he committed which have no tie to his Presidential duties.

But if writing check to cover porn stars is official acts then a weekend at Epstein Island would be also.
