He is chanrged with FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE, in violation of Penal Law §175.10...He is being charged with something that isn't a crime, so yeah.
Upon conviction, a court can sentence you to up to four years in prison. While incarceration is mandatory for predicate felons, if you do not have a felony in the previous ten years a judge can nonetheless "lock you up" for the same amount of time.

A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree when he commits the crime of falsifying business records in the second degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.
Falsifying business records in the first degree is a class E felony.

Micheal Cohen got 3 years...
Nope it is not...What does that have to do with this case... are you suggesting the judge is making his decision by following a case in Georgia?.... that is against the law as well...
And Trump has never threatened anyone... I'm still waiting for a link or proof that he has.......
So you are saying that Cohen who stoutly defended Trump for years, all of sudde decided to plead guilty to a crime he didn't commit and get sentenced to 3 years in jail to please Democrats...Cohen pleaded guilty to a crime that he didn't commit in hopes of pleasing that Democrats.
He didn't.
You are years and years behind.

Are you serious?
Can you provide a link showing Trump threatening anyone?...
What?....Nope it is not...
When he considers if a defendant is to be granted bail he has to consider a number of things:
1. Will he commit other crimes
2. Is he a danger to the public
....
You couldn’t pass a test for village idiot. That’s right. You’re too dumb even for that position.Trump was under oath but he lied thru his yap as usual. If Hicks testifies for the PROSECUTION, we can rest assured that she'll be subjected to the usual hate mail, death threats, name calling, family members threatened etc etc which is the m.o. of Trump & his MAGA terrorists.
There is no "persecution". But keep whining like a little bitch if it makes you feel better.
Ridiculous, unconstitutional gag orderPlease explain how the judge is acting out in anger.
In other words, the answer is no. Chief Shitting Bull is caught with his pants down again.Welcome to permanent ignore. Bye...
i bet you do.
yer a good little trump humper.
What does make the case weak is the witnesses and their character and the fact that the statute of limitations has expired... and the fact that its not a criminal case......but Lakhota was honestly pointing out that that does not necessarily make it the weakest case.
Who is on bail?...He is on bail....
You can revoke bail...
Trump is not losing his mind over any of it... each and every case is failing from NY to NYC and to Fulton County Georgia....A walk in the park, right? That why Trump is losing his mind over it?
My only regret is that the trial won't be televised so we can all see the orange baboon god squirm in his seat as Cohen & other take him apart.
Why because I made you look like a total idiot?...Welcome to permanent ignore. Bye...
Former White House aide Hope Hicks is expected to testify in former President Donald Trump’s New York hush money payment trial, according to a source with direct knowledge of the situation. NBC News’ Vaughn Hillyard reports on what information Hicks may be able to provide during her testimony.
Hope Hicks expected to testify in Trump hush money trial
Interesting. If she does testify - will it be for or against Trump? She will be under oath. This adds another level of uncertainty to the trial. What do you think?
I was mockingly pointing out how weak all of this is and that lakhota was being the only kind of honest that he knows, the unwitting kind. What does make the case weak is the witnesses and their character and the fact that the statute of limitations has expired... and the fact that its not a criminal case...
What are they selling you people on MSNBC?....
