I guess you aren't watching the Comey interview on CSpan. According to the manual, there must be a header and each paragraph must be marked with (c). Communications with only partial marking (no header) is by definition not considered Secret information.

That is not what was said. If there isn't a header but a "(C)", that information IS Secret. But it pertains only to that portion of the email. just a paragraph.

Allow me to submit if she who has been a First Lady United States Senator and Secretary of State is not sophisticated to understand these classifications she is not sophisticated enough to be President. I would feel the same about anyone who was that clueless no matter what party they belonged to which is why I am no fan of Trump we literally have dumb and dumber running for President.
