When the DOE is dismantled and money goes straight to the states, then the money will be spent more efficiently. Give the teachers raises.

Why would the Federal government dismantle the ED (BTW - DOE is the Department of Eneergy, ED is the Education Department) but still collect the money and then turn around and send it back to the states.

That seems like fraud, waste, and abuse. Since the Fed's would not need the money for the ED anymore, just let the money raised in the state stay in the state.

It is illegal. What part of that do you not understand? We had to get signed permission to videotape our students even if the video was for our own professional development. You just don't understand reality.

Laws can be changed.

As I understand it, the law only requires it to be illegal to record children, not to monitor them on cameras.

So simple solution. Tapes are automatically erased after 24 hours unless they are specifically archived to document a specific incident.
