Lessee: you say you still stand behind Trump policies and still hate democrats, yet you don't know where you stand?
So then the ploy worked. I see you've fallen for the usual bait. A few facts please:
- Trump did not depict himself as Jesus. He had nothing to do with creating the illustration. There are literally hundreds (thousands?) of artworks created by graphical illustrators out there who over the years have depicted Trump as everything from a fat baby crying over a missed golf putt to an angel and pope flying in to save America on wings.
- Someone else (unknown to us) created the artwork and it came into Trump's hands/possession/awareness through means unknown. Maybe someone sent it to him, maybe he just saw it on the web.
- The art could have been created by a well-meaning MAGA supporter, or maybe by a clever leftist with the exact intent to offend and turn a lot of Catholics, etc., against him. Seems that ploy worked with you.
- Flattered by it, as anyone would be in Trump's position doing what he has been doing, Trump, a guy who has literally risked his life, given up years of it when he could be out enjoying things, and spent millions of his own money trying to better his country, Trump merely put it up on social media for others to see. My guess is that Trump was flattered by it, took it as slight recognition for the real work he has done or tried to do, and just wanted to share it with others.
- The artwork is actually nondescript--- it gives some suggestions of a religious connotation with figures overhead in the background and his primitive robes, but if you really look at it, there is a medical nurse beside him depicting him as a healer of sorts over a sick or dying man.
The rest of it, you've simply read into it with your own imagination. Point taken: when Trump heard that some people took it as if Trump were Jesus, he took the artwork down.
I've saved all of the best artwork. In them, Trump is depicted as a biker, a boatist, an undertaker, a priest, a commander, a super hero, and many other things but I never thought Trump was really conveying himself as any of those things especially as he had nothing to do with creating any of the art.

April, maybe you just aren't cut out for the abstraction of politics if you think that just because someone created art with Trump looking like a savior of sorts that this reflects on Trump himself personally. Above is just a sampling of the art done of Trump over the past 12 years (with much more of it intended to mock him), in it, Trump is conveyed as praying, as Jesus (unambiguously), as Muammar Qaddafi, as being guided by Jesus, as a monster truck driver, having the world on his shoulders, Thor, a boxer, Darth Vader, a football player, a superhero, a Pope flying in on an eagle, as Superman, a King, and as Hulk Hogan himself.
It is all art, people have fun with it. Some people use the medium to depict Trump favorably, how they see him or would wish to see him, or as how they want to mock him. No one with half a brain takes any of it seriously, especially as Trump has nothing to do with creating any of it.
But until now, no one ever took any of it literally. Guess the Left really know their soft targets when they see them.
