The Trump has ridiculed, besmirched and otherwise thrown schoolyard temper tantrums towards every major Republican there is and most of the biggest supporters of the party because he blames them for his chosen candidate failures.
Basically saying they didn't praise him and his empty suits he anointed enough.
And then everyone who has had a positive word about DeSantis is now an enemy of the state. And convinced his minions of the same. You can see it here. Forever Trumpers attacking other Republican posters because they like DeSantis.
