Zone1 Henry David Thoreau did not believe in organized religion, but that God was all around and in us.

In that case you are correct but we cant make that a general statement. Im certain an atheist can have a meaningful life. Its a process in psychology not religion. Religion can be a barrier in that it dictates meaning when meaning must be chosen by the individual based on their life experience.
I would also argue that this inherent need for meaning is the result of design
I don’t disagree that some atheists can find meaning and purpose in their lives. I just think it undermines their position.

You can say anything you want Atheism is also a belief no better ow worse than any other
Theists Can Only Argue by Making Their Belief a Special Case (Petitio Principii)

This is not an innocent until proven guilty scenario. You have to prove your claim, just like Jesus had to prove his by working miracles, or so the apostles said he did. I don't have to prove a negative.

Theist even use "believe in" dishonestly, connecting it with the meaning of "support."

If one’s atheism leads them
The Netrix Is an Unbeliever in the Toxic Effect of the Influencers' Postmodern Grammar

An intelligent person should look for dishonesty, such as innuendo, whenever a poster uses decadent illogical grammar. You're replying to a general statement about atheism and apply it to a particular case instead.

The logical conclusion is that God is eternal with no beginning or ending.
Who Created the Need for a Creator?

Even the entities that everybody (except fiddling physicists) accepts as existing could be eternal. The fact that such a possibility isn't used as an explanation proves that it is censored.

Maybe try following the entire conversation to see your error?

Or that the only thing that can be eternal is the incorporeal such as love, logic, truth, existence, etc.

Did Henry David Thoreau think Christ was in the wrong for organizing a church with apostles and prophets?

Everything begins and ends Law of entropy
That only applies to existing matter/energy which its presence creates space and time. And even then it’s a really poor way of describing entropy. So, no. That has no bearing on the solution to the first cause.
