Just because there were other undeclared unconstitutional wars in the past doesn't make the current undeclared, unconstitutional war any more Constitutional. It's like saying that since someone kicked two other babies in the face 10 years ago that it's okay to kick a baby in the face today. But flawed logic is a Neocon trait, it would seem.

As you know, a war is only a war if there are boots on the ground. But Pete Hegseth lied yesterday about the Iran conflict/operation being a war…in a press conference as quoted here in the website of the Department of War itself:
