I think PA will be the biggest problem regarding fraud. You’ll recall how they changed the rules at the last minute in 2020 to favor Biden, and they know the election will likely come down to their state. Add in that PA has corrupt state government, and it will be cheating galore to get Her Highness over the finish line.

Thanks. I knew about the ruling in Erie Co., I didn't know the printer was an Ohio company.

Luzerne County has a similar low return rate, and I haven't heard any complaints about them...
