That’s why I’m praying the polls are off, just as they were in 2020 and 2022, and Trump is actually ahead in the needed swing states by 4 or 5 points.

I posted info on the Trump supporters aren't really answering for polling surveys. Could really effect it.

I would not rely on the courts hearing challenges after election day. They are very reluctant to step in after the voting is done. There really has to be compelling evidence that the election was wrongly decided before they will hear a case. Low-level fraud or errors won't cut it.

The good news is that only Nevada will continue to count ballots that arrive after election day. All the other swing States have set a hard deadline of the end of the day on election day- received, not just postmarked.

Democrats will slow-count every close race. It gives them time to "find ballots", and the closer they can drag it out to the safe harbor date (Dec 8), the harder it is to challenge in court. That date was set back in the days when the results were declared on election day, and dems know the longer they take to declare a winner, the better the chance it won't be contested because the clock runs out.

And that's why the pollsters have spent the last 3 years underestimating the number of Democrats, why Democrats have been overperforming the polls so much.

The fact is: they have made supporting Trump an "embarrassment" for years, and then expect people to run to the pollsters to admit support for him.

No, Florida counts overseas ballots received within 10 days after the election if the postmark was before election day. I believe some other's do also in regards to overseas.

Yes, what I wrote does not include overseas and military ballots. Those can arrive after election day. Only relevant if the race is very close.
