You can't get around the statistics that proportionately, black Americans do commit more crime than other races/ethnicities. I fully blame Democrats, both black and white as well as any other, for that as they have forced black Americans into angry victim mentalities. That makes their young extra susceptible to recruitment by gangs and others engaged in unlawful behavior.
But to assume all black people get caught up in that is just wrong. Most don't. Young black people are not more criminal because they are black but because 'woke' Democrats have demanded that they behave, dress, speak, act 'black' and that is conducive to exploitation by a criminal element. And that just exacerbates the problem because of the perceptions it creates that makes it more difficult for black people to be hired or accepted as equals.
If America would demand that we literally be a color blind society so that all Americans are treated the same in all ways and no group is seen as disadvantaged or 'special', we will see a lot of those problems go away within a generation or two.
Interesting discussion on that here:
No one has forced blacks into anything. No one forced them to not make good grades in school, get & keep a job. Live within their means until a better a opportunity comes up. No one forced them to be racist and hate white people. No one forced them to have so many babies by so many different men. And then not raise their kids right.
That's part of the black fatigue that even the decent black folks are sick of.
