I remember my granny buying only laundry detergent that had free dish towels in them.
She bought gas at gas stations that gave away gifts with buying a full tank.
She shopped at stores where you could get free dinnerware or pots and pans after buying so much from the store.
She made sure she got more for her money than just what she was buying.
