Green Party Commie Bitch Jill Stein Refuses To Cooperate With Russia Investigation!

Trick question...well unless you don't really know yourself.

It's not a trick question at all. If you need some help, here's a hint.

. . . [he] shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed . . .

Who does [he] refer to?

(smile) The DOJ is responsible for your original point and it is not a "Branch" of the Government. It is a part of the Executive Branch. For one who thinks so highly of himself you'd think you'd have been able to make that distinction.

The answer to my question was the Executive Branch.

The Constitution doesn't mention the "Department of Justice".

Now for a follow-up question.

Which branch of the government is the Senate Intelligence Committee part of?

Don't be mad at me because you asked the wrong question, I'm not the one who claimed the Senate could do anything other than posture in this thing.

So you agree that the OP is completely full of shit, and doesn't understand how the government works.

Glad to hear it.

What was your point, then?

Here's a little civics test:

Which branch of the government has the constitutional authority to enforce the law?

Trick question...well unless you don't really know yourself.

But the DOJ IS the one that makes prosecutorial decisions, NOT the President.
The JD is part of the executive branch and the executive branch has oversight..

Not the point, and he does not micro manage the Dept. The DOJ makes the call.

Really? How so? In what part of this do you not understand that the FBI can see a crime or be referred a criminal investigation by the executive branch or DOJ and compel Jill Stein to turn over records by force? No one ever said they were working for or had to work for the senate.

Yeah, actually someone did say that.

You.

What has the little commie socialist Jill Stein have to hide in the Russia probe? She was the one that had the audacity to demand a three state recount after the election which only showed more votes which should have been given Trump!

Now she is refusing to comply with the Senate Intelligence Committee to turn over documents seeking to discover the extent to which she worked with Russia to interfere in the election. What is the dried up little twat trying to hide from us? How deep are her connections with the DNC and Hillary? Why aren't the Democrats demanding action?

Jill Stein campaign declines doc requests in Senate Russia probe

I hope they send the FBI in as they did to Manafort and Cohen to bust down her door at 4AM and seize all her records and computers. Then stand the little slut up and do a full cavity search on her and shake her down until she spills the beans.

It will be when the FBI DOESN'T do any of that you will know the FIX IS IN. The Deep State is only interested in searching for evidence when it has a chance of harassing and implicating Trump.

Did you forget writing that?

You should learn to read instead of filling in the blanks yourself. Who is They? I said THEY should send the FBI in, meaning whoever has the authority. Did the Senate send the FBI in regarding Manafort or Cohen? Did the Senate start the FBI investigating Hillary? The problem with wanting to attack someone is that sometime you bridge too many gaps in your slanted reading of a text and see more in it than was really there and in the end only end up embarrassing yourself.

If you understood that the Senate "investigation" is just political posturing, why would you use it to somehow justify your weird fantasies about Jill Stien being sexually assaulted?

As far as we know, there's no criminal investigation into Jill Stein's campaign, and no apparent reason why there should be one.

If you understood that the Senate "investigation" is just political posturing,

Who ever said it was just "political posturing?" I don't recall ever even implying that. AFAIK, Jill Stein has had long-standing questions about her ties to Russia that the Senate obviously feels needs asked as a preamble to deeper probes, and Stein's people responded to these queries with documents, but the problem is that the documents most in need of being seen, their internal documents relating to russian communications, they are trying to withhold! And on the specious grounds that they are "constitutionally protected" and that the investigation is "too broad." That is not hers to decide. My other point being that should the FBI see grounds to, they don't need the Senate or anybody----- they can get a warrant and seize those documents, an act they seem to be doing lately with increasing frequency. I mean, isn't "Russia" the Number One issue we need to resolve as a nation? Sure seems to be when the finger is pointed at Trump. So if you have a person whom you have questions about potential improper or illegal ties with Russia, and they are refusing to turn them over, can I tell that to the IRS when they want to see my records? Sorry IRS, but those are constitutionally protected and I feel your inquiry is too broad? If Stein has nothing to hide (and she obviously does IMO), then she better turn over those documents, or the government better go in there and show her who's boss, otherwise, confidence in our justice system and its impartiality has just taken another whack on the side of its head.

You've totally lost me now on where you came up with that crap.

As far as we know, there's no criminal investigation into Jill Stein's campaign, and no apparent reason why there should be one.

Except the Senate is investigating her, requesting documents pertaining to Russian involvement in order to determine whether a criminal investigation should exist or not, and she is withholding them. I have a good instinct and I smell a rat here. While many people on this board feel certain of more "shoes dropping" in the Trump Probe, I feel confident that the Stein matter is an unexpected area which is going to pan out into evidence that no one saw coming, and more embarrassment for the DNC and those accusing Trump. Now we only need let time take its course to see.

I said it's political posturing, because it is. The Senate (as you have already pointed out) is not a law enforcement body, they are a political body. Any "investigation" into supposedly criminal issues that they perform is political posturing, by definition.

why would you use it to somehow justify your weird fantasies about Jill Stien being sexually assaulted?

You've totally lost me now on where you came up with that crap.

You don't remember hysterically demanding that she be "cavity searched"? I believe you mentioned it repeatedly.

As you've already pointed out, the Senate is not a law enforcement body. They don't get to decide whether a criminal investigation should exist or not - that is plainly in the purview of the executive branch, and not the legislative.

What are you scared of Duller finding
I’m not scared of anything... I’m just saying by the way the OP writes he/she sounds like an over emotional joke. You don’t actually expect people to take anything said in that OP seriously when they sound like that do you?
:CryingCow:

Should these people be taken seriously

I don’t know, why do you ask?

Doc, you really do see the world through fractured spectacles, don't you? Hysterical? Maybe you should go back and read it again. It was a matter-of-fact statement made metaphorically saying they should leave no stone uncovered looking everywhere for clues as to her guilt or innocence. Your reading into that single statement that I was "hysterical" and had some sort of sexual connotation or desire and that I said this over and over is a fictitious drama manufactured only in your own fertile imagination.

I ask because it usually gets Hillary fans to chase their own tail and babble like you just did

You did not ask the right question.

I asked exactly the question necessary for me to make my point.

No you didn't and you aren't smart enough to now it. As for Stein, the DOJ will get to her. There are several investigations going on right now.

The doj.. aka swamp, will never be prosecute another swamp member. Trump is the first elected official in generations to not be a swamp member

Honey you're talking to a lifetime watcher. Mark my words. It's all a game and the game is to throw both sides a bone from time to time. Many "Rightwing" swampies have gone down.

What you guys on the left don't think the Russians helped Stein in an effort to beat Hillary?

Of course they did.

the only question is, was Stein, like Trump, a useful idiot or a co-conspirator.

The difference is that mueller has nothing on trump....no actual inelligence. Stein refuses to turn over any documents.

If you read the link in the OP you will find you last sentence is false.
yea, this.

"The Stein campaign did provide part of the committee's request, but refused to turn over the campaign's internal communications regarding Russian policy, calling them "not pertinent to the subject of Russian interference" in the elections."

so - we're talking about politics and policy and russian interference and they leave out the info regarding russian policy. trying to give some credibility to this but there is no way the left would be cool with trump leaving out this type of information so it would be hypocritical for the left to defend stein here with this action.

if we can look into trumps investments and friends over the last 20 years background and dog on his lawyer, then yes, communications by the people making the accusations that talk about their views on russian policy i would view as pertinent - but no i'm not a lawyer.
