So let me get this straight... deleting old electronic data you are no longer using is a crime... even though the regulations say that is what you are supposed to do.. .
But firing the FBI director because he's getting too close to your associates and their treason with Russia is just a "process crime".

It wasnt old electronic data. It was classified data on her private email server that she was destroying. Mueller is desperate. I actually would like to see this lawsuit that the dems recently started, go forward. This would allow for discovery. It would be comical watching the dems stutter and stall releasing any pertinent evidence.
I agree with you that what she destroyed she was wrong for doing so, of that there is little doubt.
I disagree with the idea that Mueller is desperate, why would he be? He is in a position in which he cannot fail and in which, based upon previous people in that position, he has a good 5 to 6 more years of digging for anything.
He could carry it on for 50 years and rack up hundreds of process crimes but nothing substantive.
