Governors Of Most States Caved To the Directives From the Whitest House

For the governors of all fifty states, restricting the movements and gathering by citizens and requiring face masks be worn in public places were the only options left to slow the spread of COVID-19 virus, due to the incompetent actions by the impeached president trump’s much delayed response to the disease. Now, most state governors have caved to the demands of the impeached president trump and his devoted fanatics to lift such restrictions, and permit the increase in coronavirus cases and deaths.

Carrying the message the impeached president trump wanted his devoted fanatics to hear, his errand boy, Mike Pence, reassured them through an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal, telling them to ignore all reports of a second wave of COVID-19 cases and deaths.

The impeached president trump must make every effort to reinforce the right-wingers’ denial of the serious danger the novel coronavirus poses to all Americans, especially those over 60 years-of-age and those with certain preexisting ailments.

For residents of Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina and Texas, where the increase in COVID-19 cases have set records, right-wingers remain convinced that social distancing is unnecessary, and wearing face masks is for sissies.

Moscow Mitch must believe either he has no chance for reelection, so killing off a large portion of the GOP’s voter base is unimportant, or he, like the other impeached president trump’s devoted fanatics, is convinced COVID-19 is no worse than a common cold.

Many other congressional Republicans must believe the same as Moscow Mitch. Why else would they remain silent?

It’s quite apparent by their posts on these message boards that conservatives have little to no empathy for others. But with the death toll over 117,000 from the COVID-19 virus, either directly or by exacerbating preexisting conditions in some patients, shouldn’t the impeached president trump’s devoted fanatics begin to question if their denial of reality (in this instance the seriousness of the COVID-19 virus) is truly protecting them from contracting the disease?

Yes, everyone understands the conservatives’ belief that they know more than the experts. But, the empirical data has shown social distancing and the wearing of face masks does, substantially reduce the spread of the novel coronavirus. So, despite knowing more than the experts, perhaps the impeached president trump’s devoted fanatics should consider taking a little advice from those actually knowledgeable in medicine and science.

Perhaps you could explain how President Trump messed up with the virus, yet Europe has just as many cases and deaths as the US. But we don’t hear how European leaders fucked up?

By the way, do you realize the only way to beat this virus now is to reach herd immunity? Which means we need young and middle aged people to get it and get immune to it, since it isn’t lethal to them hardly at all.

I thought our governor (Ducey of Arizona) was handling things fine up until Trump came for a visit. I suspected political pressure was applied. But soon afterwards protests around the state started and so I'll concede there's plenty of blame to go around.

We've been closed down here since March 3.

trump called the governor of my state a snake, was proud to say he didn't take my governor's calls and advised pence to not take his calls either.

trump pretty much abandoned my state because the governor of my state didn't show appreciation to trump.

We have basically been telling trump to bite me all through all this.

We started phase one of reopening in mid May. My county moved to phase 2 of the reopening last week. Things are reopening here very slowly even though we're in phase 2.

It's going county by county. It's going slowly and cautiously.

Thus we are the only state on the west coast that isn't seeing a spike in increases of the virus.

I could care less what trump says. I support our governor. He has done a fantastic job which pretty much guarantees his reelection in November.

If you listen to international media, you hear quite a bit on how they fucked up.

Your blob's DHS forced everyone to fly home through 13 airports. When they did, your blob's FAA didn't have enough people on the ground to screen all of the returning passengers and as a a result, while your blob's CDC was preaching social distancing...your blob was forcing people to stand shoulder to shoulder for hours on end waiting to have their temperature taken. If they didn't present symptoms, they were allowed to go on their merry way even though the virus takes several days to present symptoms.

Lol. WTF is the Whitest House? Is there some super secret message embedded in the bold text I am supposed to jerk it to?

So, despite knowing more than the experts, perhaps the impeached president trump’s devoted fanatics should consider taking a little advice from those actually knowledgeable in medicine and science.

and people are gathering at a political rally to support the country that is being threatened by a violent communist mob !

Dems are hoping to provoke a confrontation with police and security hoping a mob member gets shot or killed which they will blame on Trump. Trust me the liberal news media have already written the first draft of the story ahead of the event.

What about old people, what about ill people, what about people getting it for the second time? should they stay home forever?
