A bridge gets you from where you are to where you want to be.

The Tappan Zee bridge's toll is $5, which is definitely sky high, considering the fact that private enterprise could do better. The Newell Bridge crosses the Mighty Ohio at East Liverpool and only costs 75 cents for cars and 5 cents for pedestrians. The Newell facility is privately owned and operated.

The Newell Bridge crosses the Mighty Ohio at East Liverpool and only costs 75 cents for cars and 5 cents for pedestrians. The Newell facility is privately owned and operated.

Tappan Zee is an inexpensive alternative to the GW and Lincoln Tunnel which cost twice as much

Private construction would cost a fortune as they have to quickly recoup their investment

Andrew Cuomo publicly stated that he didn't want Conservatives in the state in New York. He was comfortable alienating a good portion of the populace I assume because the New York City Metro Area (city, burbs, and ex-burbs) controls the entire state politically and votes rabidly DEMOCRAT.

He also stated publicly, and vehemently, "You don't need ten bullets to kill a Deeeaaaaah." In that dumb NY accent. Totally ignoring the real reason for the Second Amendment which has absolutely NOTHING to do with hunting. He is a traitor, communist, and ego maniac, with the personality, and intelligence of a house plant.
