He has severe cardiovascular problems brought on by a lifetime of fatty foods, little to no exercise and a bout of COVID that almost killed him. His cankles and cardio problems make it hard for him to stand or walk for long.

I'm guessing he's loaded up with painkillers when he has to do a meet-and-greet like with Charles and Camilla, but notice, aside from the photo op, he's sitting.

There should be no doubt that the Trump staff is hiding both his ill health and dementia.
