The income tax part was increased due to provisions in the ACA. Some of the Corporate taxes went up due to provisions in the ACA.

Say a bill sasses that is funded by raising the income tax by .5%. Do you think that money goes into a special fund? Really?

That's my point. All taxes go into the same account.

Equally when you say "it is funded by an increase of tax by 0.5%".... that actually has no meaning.

First, you have no idea how much money is going to be collected by any tax. All the projections for the taxes in 2006, were all wrong, because the economy crashed in 2008. The amount of money collected by the taxes is rarely what they claim it will be, because the economy is always fluctuating.

Right now, left-wingers are citing lower than expected growth for this year. Well that means that tax is not likely to collect as much revenue as Obama claimed.

Additionally on the flip side, the cost projections are also way off. You have no idea how much giving out subsidized care is going to cost, until you do it. Hawaii famously offered free health care for all uninsured children, and nearly went bankrupt. Had to cancel the program. Ohio, when it expanded Medicare, ended up costing nearly double the projected cost.

What we do know for a fact, is that all tax money goes to the same account. Your social security tax, goes to the same account as my companies corporate tax, which means I don't get a raise, and the same as my income tax, which means I keep less of what little I make.

So in short...... the tax payers pay for ObamaCare. That's us. You and me. We're paying for it.
