HOW are these files being released? I read elsewhere all the files had been ordered SEALED.

The Chief of the FOP for Chicago told him Michelle Obama reached out to Kim Foxx.

It was verified yesterday that Smollet's sister was once asked to present Obammy at a scheduled event. Michelle danced with Smollet. just so all facts are out there.

My guess is they lost the brothers' testimony. It is a bit odd because the lead prosecutor reportedly said afterwards in an interview that Smollett was not innocent.
