For any state with a PVI of less than R + 10, I agree. There are a few Senators who are too liberal for Republicans given their state(Mississippi and South Carolina come to mind), but the #1 priority should be removing Democrats from office. Every single GOPer in the Senate is more conservative than every Democrat. Every replacement we get is golden for us.

those people won't be covered by obamacare, the CBO forecasts that there would be 30 million uninsured even with full implementation of obamacare.

It is a disaster, it is destroying insurance for people who were happy with their policies, running doctors out of medicine, causing hospitals to close, causing companies to cancel empllyee plans, reducing working hours from 40 to 29, raising premiums for every one who is paying for insurance.
