GOP critics of Biden's loan forgiveness call it 'astonishingly unfair.' Here's how much college tuition cost at their alma maters when they graduated

$10 trillion for the military? Link?
Congress voted for PPP, the President signed it.
How many votes did student loan cancellation get in the House and Senate?

If the Bidenistas really wanted to help anyone, they'd look into why the USA costs so much just to get a degree? In the final analysis, making a degree mandatory as a requirement to get hired and burdening people with lifelong debt they then work most of their lives just to pay back is just another form of oppression and control.
Biden advocated free tuition at Community Colleges

Republicans peed themselves

I paid $650 a year my first semester of College
I paid for it making $2.10 an hour minimum wage

Why we need loan forgiveness

If you took out a loan for a car, or a house, or anything else, knowing full-well you wouldn't be able to pay for it. Would you be entitled to loan forgiveness?

Yup

Just like you were on the hook for a $2 trillion war in Afghanistan

Let's be fair ... wreaking havoc in Central Asia is marginally more useful than having kids who couldn't get into a real college study English Lit from a guy who couldn't get a job at real college.

When The Greatest Generation brought us out of The Great Depression and stormed the beaches of Normandy, only 33% of the US population were high school graduates. Only 4.6% were college graduates.

Fair enough. But outside of some vocations,. They won't even look at your resume without a college degree. Good or bad that's the truth of it.

Then, if you can't afford to go to college then you probably shouldn't be looking at those vocations.

Believe or not ... some dreams can't come true and no one is entitled to force anyone else to make them.

And when our great founding fathers created this great nation the majority of the nation was illiterate

Making enough to eat is kind of a thing though.

And The Founding Fathers were, for the most part, not college graduates, and were quite literate. Perhaps more literate than the average college graduate today.

The challenge -isn't making sure that everyone gets to go to college. The challenge is for people to obtain the best education they are able.
