Biden advocated free tuition at Community CollegesHere's what college costs in 28 countries around the world
College is the US is notoriously expensive and, as a result, millions are drowning in student debt. But other countries see higher education differently. Many don't charge tuition fees at public institutions, and others charge less than $1,000 per year as compared to the average $8,202 in the US.www.businessinsider.com
If the Bidenistas really wanted to help anyone, they'd look into why the USA costs so much just to get a degree? In the final analysis, making a degree mandatory as a requirement to get hired and burdening people with lifelong debt they then work most of their lives just to pay back is just another form of oppression and control.

YupSo the college wouldn't be free, taxpayers would be on the hook for it.
Yup
Just like you were on the hook for a $2 trillion war in Afghanistan
Let's be fair ... wreaking havoc in Central Asia is marginally more useful than having kids who couldn't get into a real college study English Lit from a guy who couldn't get a job at real college.
Yes because an uneducated workforce makes for a great nation
Fair enough. But outside of some vocations,. They won't even look at your resume without a college degree. Good or bad that's the truth of it.When The Greatest Generation brought us out of The Great Depression and stormed the beaches of Normandy, only 33% of the US population were high school graduates. Only 4.6% were college graduates.
YEP. There is no better place to get indoctrinated in Leftist/Socialist/Globalist dogma than in college now.
Second up are the government-run public schools.

And when our great founding fathers created this great nation the majority of the nation was illiterateWhen The Greatest Generation brought us out of The Great Depression and stormed the beaches of Normandy, only 33% of the US population were high school graduates. Only 4.6% were college graduates.
Making enough to eat is kind of a thing though. Then, if you can't afford to go to college then you probably shouldn't be looking at those vocations.
Believe or not ... some dreams can't come true and no one is entitled to force anyone else to make them.
They talked kind of funny too.And when our great founding fathers created this great nation the majority of the nation was illiterate
