Let's hope this isn't what it seems in regards to your analysis on it, but in regards to your Russian oligarchs position you are just spouting a Russia, Russia, Russia narrative because I think that his or the commerce secretaries idea for this, is that any wealthy foreigner should come and participate in this, otherwise if they can afford it...Am I wrong ?

What does America look like or become if the American's first agenda, is being replaced by an anyone with 5 mil + in their pocket, and after that giving them a bought and paid for access to a severely beat down American labor force, that is thought to be eager just to have a job if only paid penny's on the dollar now ???
