I think none American citizen should be without basic health insurance. Emergency care should be avaible to a small cost. Budget proposals from social security, defense departmnet and non-defense discreationary areas should cover the necessary health insurance for every American. America should be ruled with less High-Tech equipment and more basic defense and so on. Upon that, the taxes should be dealed according to this schedule to cover the cost for health insurance:

11% = $0 – $8,925
16% = $8,926 – $36,250
26% = $36,251 – $87,850
30% = $87,851 – $183,250
35% = $183,251 – $398,350
