I like to take my kids to the park to fly kites...it's very relaxing. Our kites aren't as amazing as these though. Still makes for a good afternoon.

The kite flying competitions and festivals in New Orleans, back in the 1990s, were a pleasurable sport. I actually got a 3rd place award for my rubics box kite.

I never watched a synchronized kite team. I am having flashbacks to synchronized swimming in the 'Caddy Shack' movie right now...chuckle
