Don't miss this one.
Excellent movie. Definitely a gem in the rough, and deserves WAY more attention than it got - sometimes the best movies are made by independent studios that don't have a $10 million marketing budget.
While Hollywood is pushing out the latest star in some rehashed/retread crap film - you can find gems like this.
I never heard or seen any of these actors -and that is a damn shame, because they are outstanding.

Not at all what this movie is about. I see what you are seeing in the trailer, but that is not what it is.
Without giving away a key event that defines this - it isn't life that the man is beat down by.
That will reveal itself about 20 minutes into it, as well as why the girl is acting out.
