When KEMP sites Georgia Law as the reason for his inaction, he is being hypocritical.Kemp's office has responded to the president indicating that, "Georgia law prohibits the governor from interfering in elections. The Secretary of State, who is an elected constitutional officer, has oversight over elections that cannot be overridden by executive order," said Kemp spokesman Cody Hall to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
He and Raffensperger agreed to the Consent Decree which changed the standards for testing the validity the signatures on mail-in ballots. The standards are supposedly set by the Georgia Legislators under State Law.
And there are two Senate races that need to be MUCH MORE HONEST then the Presidential Election was, so Kemp needs to call for a Special Session to help clean up the mess he and Raffensperger made.
