These same people openly admit to spying on Americans.

Insurance provides a level of quality not afforded to those without insurance which plays a direct role in health overall. On the same token, even those with insurance can get fucked up if their plan does not cover certain tests which can lead to preventative care which again, has a direct impact on healthcare overall.
